Workshop for female entrepreneurs in Gent : how to identify your business value proposition?

Workshops: The workshop will be focused on building the capacity of female MSME entrepreneurs to identify the value proposition of their business and develop business strategies to improve revenue and drive efficiencies

This workshop will identify specific challenges and barriers female MSME owners experience and through participatory approaches identify strategies for navigating these barriers to improve their well-being and the success of the business.

Key concepts within the workshop will be:

- Identifying challenges associated with female owned business and mitigating strategies
- Adopting a thriving business approach vs a survival approach
- Identifying the value proposition of the business
- Identifying how to maximise profit by focusing on core products or services
- Developing a strategy for maximising productivity and outcomes, that is purpose driven and specific

There will be a certificate handed out to participants at the end of the workshop

Tijdens deze workshop werken we centraal rond:

- Identificeren van uitdagingen voor vrouwelijke ondernemers
- De waardepropositie van het bedrijf identificeren
- Identificeren hoe u uw winst kunt maximaliseren door u te concentreren op kernproducten of -diensten
- Een doelgerichte en specifieke strategie ontwikkelen voor het maximaliseren van de productiviteit en resultaten. 
 

Aan het einde van de workshop wordt er een certificaat uitgereikt aan de deelnemers.
