microStart reserves the right to modify this website and all the information it contains at any time and without prior notice.
Purpose of the site
On this site, you can consult the practical information, services and activities that microStart offers. Via this site, you can, among other things, contact a microStart agency via a form, apply for a job offer or a trainee position, apply for coaching, carry out an online credit simulation, apply for a loan online (without obligation), consult the agenda of training courses and/or information sessions and register for them.

All texts, layouts, drawings, photos, films, logos, trademarks, trade names and other elements appearing on the site, with the exception of the reproductions referred to in point 2 below, are the property of microStart.

Forms
You can send us an e-mail via a contact form on the website. You can also submit an online credit application without obligation. By doing so, you agree that the information you enter and send will be stored in our back office and passed on to the relevant microStart staff.
You can request changes and deletions of your data by sending us an email to welcome@microstart.be
microStart may choose to delete a contact, information or credit request without any justification.
Please note that microStart treats personal data in accordance with the privacy regulations. Our questionnaires are secure and your data will not be passed on to third parties.

Responsibility
microStart shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of this site (e. g. viruses, damaged files, loss of programs or other data, indirect damage, loss of profits, etc.).

Disputes
The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with Belgian law.
The courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
